Hop House 13

Hop House 13

Hop House 13

Earlier this year, Guinness launched their new beer in the "Brewers Project", Hop House 13. Hop House 13 is a crafted, double-hopped lager made with Irish barley & aromatic hops.

The name comes from an early 1900s hops store building at St. James's Gate where they still yet to this day store hops in.

I'm not a lager drinker myself, but this is definitely one to try. I did really enjoy the taste of Hop House 13, as it is a refreshing beer with more complex notes than an average lager. It has more taste & character, and I'm a big fan of the citrusy notes running though it.

If you haven't already tried it, then you should really give it a go. If you are around the Baggot Street area next Thursday, the 2nd of April pop in to us, as we will be giving out free pints of Hop House 13, and representatives from Guinness will be in the pub explaining the brewing process for those who are interested.
