We're on Upper Baggot Street in Dublin 4 (only a few steps away from Dublin 2, as we are just across the Baggot Street Bridge). The upstairs private bar would hold up to 120 people and has a lovely heated terrace attached to it (perfect for sunny days, and not so sunny days as there is a canopy that goes out if it is raining). And yes it is free to hire, so you'll have more money to spend on food & drink!
